Paid Digital Services

Quotes, invoices, subscriptions, and signed customer agreements may apply additional terms. When you purchase recurring Digital Services, the Customer Services Agreement and Master Service Level Agreement (if presented for acceptance) govern that commercial relationship and control over these Terms if they conflict on the same subject.

Website Acceptable Use

You may use Horton Press websites only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to Horton Press systems or accounts;
• Interfere with site operation, security, or other users;
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful or abusive content; or
• Use the sites in violation of applicable law.

Horton Press may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect its systems, users, or the public.

Paid customers are also subject to the Acceptable Use provisions in their Customer Services Agreement.

Intellectual Property

Horton Press websites, branding, software, and content remain the property of Horton Press or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute site content except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Disclaimer and Liability

Sites and public materials are provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Horton Press disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Horton Press’s liability arising from website use is limited as permitted by applicable law.

Privacy

Personal information submitted through Horton Press websites is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
